Karen Morizi is a credentialed teacher from San Diego, CA with a background in competitive sports. Though her basketball career was cut short due to a knee injury in high school, Morizi was recruited to play Division I Softball at Drexel University. She finished her softball career at California State University San Marcos while earning her teaching credentials.

After college, Coach Karen coached a 12 & U All-Star Girls Softball team in Del Mar, taught coaching and skills clinics for the San Marcos Girls Softball League, and offered private hitting and fielding lessons for players in the area.

Throughout San Diego County, Coach Karen has taught basketball classes after school through the One-on-One Basketball program and, most recently, has taught multiple sports classes through the after school program here at 4 Love of the Game Sports.

Her love for sports combined with her knowledge of education makes her an informed and passionate instructor for kids of all ages.

Currently, Chip is retired from a successful 44 year career in the food industry. Now, his focus is to give back to the San Diego County community through coaching the youth of today the proper fundamentals, core values and the fun of this great game!
